my dns server address keeps changing

The network dns address keeps changing and this keeps me from logging on to the internet. i change it but comes back to the same address. i had a 32w.sillydc but norton caught it. what do i need to remove this get back on with desktop. wirless works on my laptop.

I also want to add when spybot is run it comes up with ZLOB.DNSCANGER.RTK over and over. The dns address changes to 85 255 112 157 everytime.

Hey nurp, you have the indications of a very severe infection. I would suggest that you navigate to this area: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html
and read up on how to ge started on posting a log.
The infection you have will redirect you to the wrong site, and certain variants of that infection can compromise routers. I recommend you disconnect from the internet manually untill you get instructions from a helper in the malware section.
