I'll look into some of the tips you guys mentioned. My front tires only have about 4-5,000 miles and they're winter tires so they're good. The mechanics said my rear ones are almost bald though so I should get new ones. My inspection runs out in December and of course they said the car was going to fail, it needs new struts. I just put all new brake pads and rotors on, so I'm not going to throw the car out, plus it runs really well. I'll look into getting some new rear tires. My dad always tells me how front heavy the car is too. I think it's pretty heavy for a car of today's standards, kbb said over 3,400lbs.

My friends and I always laugh because going uphill from a dead stop it takes along time to get up to 55, while my friends 2 door Hyundai Tiburon weighing barely 3,000lbs has no problems. It's funny because his car has a 2.7 liter, 172hp V6 engine while my car has a 3.5L, 214 horsepower engine  . Then again, his car is 8 year's newer, and I'm sure there's many other things to take into consideration.

Anyway, to get back on topic, I'll drive defensively, and safely. Some of my friends make fun of me for going slowly, trying to keep a good amount of space between me and the person in front of me. They all tail-gate and accelerate as fast as they can no matter what's in front of them. Today my friend said why are you going so slow? I was going 20 because a huge construction vehicle was going 20 in front of me....

Today may have Hit 40, but the past ten days it's been 30's or below. My job involves taking pictures of cars outdoors, and it hasn't been much fun lately :flowers: . Can't wait until January when it gets to -20, and -30!
