Absolutely,yanowhiz, because running both at the same time can result in serious program conflicts. In addition, the Windows firewall only handles incomming packets, so you are not defended against malicious programmes "calling home" from your computer.

Firewalls are not like, for example, anti-spyware applications where you need more that one to be secure. If Kerio is the one you like, then use it. Make sure it always launches on startup so that you are always protected.
