Hi

Can anybody help?

I can no longer launch my Sonic express labeler 2. I double click icon on desk top and all i get is a pop up box saying "express labeler has encounterd a problem & needs to close"
I have tried everything I know to fix this problem but with no joy.

I have no spyware malware or virus. I use xp home edition & pc is hp t3155.uk. The lightscribe driver was already installed in pc along with the Sonic software.

This is so annoying

Cheers

Ian

I'd suggest contacting the manufacturer of the system. On some systems (HP, Dell, and Gateway/eMachines come to mind) there's an option to create an application/driver recovery disk. Otherwise I'd investigate freeware options to replace it.
