Help
It is very difficult to get a CD to run on my computer. I have to open and close the door several times and still the machine will not read the disc. DVD start automatically.

If this is a desktop, make sure the cable is in place, securely. If it's a laptop, make sure the retaining screw isn't missing and the drive snugly in place. Gently blow in the drive or get one of those CD cleaning disk, The lens might be dirty.
