Dell Inspiron 1501 not working

If I were to try to fix the Dell Inspiron 1501, what would it entail? replacing the melted chips or the whole system board or what?

A similiar chip beside the main melted one has F78072 IORP635M on it.
The other chip beside it that's a bit melted has IR5HDF on it.
And a 3R3 chip was a bit damaged.

I'm not quite sure about some of the letters as they're pretty small.
