Hi I think I got a infection yesterday, I downloaded a file .Rar and when I scanned it with AVG 8.0 free it found these in the .Rar files
C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Downloads\Newz\p.par2\p-part30.rar;"Trojan horse SHeur.COWB
C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Downloads\Newz\p.par2\p.part30.rar:\MediaXCodec.exe:\QJADBXAB.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Downloads\Newz\p-.par2\p.part30.rar:\MediaXCodec.exe:\QJADBXAB.exe;"Trojan horse Downloader.Generic7.BAXD

I didnt run any of these file or even winrar to look inside the archive

I deleted them in AVG and when i ran AVG agian a warning message popped up WIN32/Heur infection found I clecked delete as power user and I think it has gone but wanted to make sure.

I have since scanned with AVG command line in safe mode
Kapersky online
Trend Micor House Call
Bitdefender (wouldn't start)

Super Aint Spware
Spybot S&D
Lavasoft Adware

these found nothing else

I did a 32 pass overwrite with Ccleaner for the orginal files I downloaded (so they shouls be gone)

Malwarebytes found 2 inections log attached.

I need to make online payments form this PC and wanted to know every thing is safe please could somebody check the HJT log and advise of any extra steps needed or if my pc is now clean. Sys restore is turned off

Thank you very much in advance (a really worried user)
