Hiya, for some reason iTunes won't uninstall from my computer...the uninstall program was deleted i guess. if i try to uninstall with add/remove programs, it asks for the installation disk which i dont have. i tried just downloading the new version of itunes, but it wont install, saying it can't delete the older version. does anyone know of a safe, free program that can uninstall software in this case?

thanks a lot
dan

Try these instructions which worked for me with WIN XP.
I had corrupted files.

I never tried to reinstall after deleting the c..., er program.

We'll need to wait for another here with the current knowledge.

I suspect not all file programs are gone.

Sorry for wasting your time. But it worked for me on 4 systems.
