BleepingComputer.com: laptop cant connect wirelessly or attain ip address

For some reason, my laptop will no longer connect to my wireless network at home. I have tried it at work and at a hotspot and it connects fine. I tried to get a new wireless module for my modem and it worked for about 10 minutes and then stopped working again. I have DSL with QWest. I think it has to be a setting in my modem, but dont know what setting to change. My laptop will connect if wired. Can somebody help?
