Does anyone know of any software that I can use to be able to boot into it and be able to access the files of a computer that the operating system has crashed on but the overall files are still accessible so that I can back them up onto a portable hard drive and than reformat and reinstall the operating system? Not entirely sure what I am looking for would be called. Any ideas? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
