I'll not spoil the Star Wars one but he does come up with a Good Syndrome for People which you'll laugh at.

Note I have linked these through the UK Youtube because of the Harsh thing Youtube have put in meaning you can't view Videos in other Countries you may have to use Search Terms on your Respective Youtube Area, For this you will need to search "Internet Helpdesk" and for the Second Video "Star Wars Helpdesk" without the Quotes

that comment dates this piece, haha, I have seen some variations on this, I had a call center job like this for some years, and totally relate to it.

Reminds me somewhat of internal technical support.
