I apologize for the wait, if your issues are not resolved, read the instructions posted above and then follow the directions below. If you no longer need help, I would appreciate a quick post letting me know so I can close your topic. The junk can be tough to remove, so do not expect fast or easy.

Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt

Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.

Thank you for responding. I believe my computer is actually infected either with a different or additional program called XP Antispyware 2009. I've already downloaded the Malware Bytes program and run that and it looked like it removed the program for awhile, but it reappeared. I've run a new HijackThis log:
