BleepingComputer.com: Firefox can work, but not Explorer

Hi, this is my first post here. Before I reformatted my tablet PC, the internet was working fine. After reformatting, however, I cannot use Internet Explorer. I use wireless and it always says that I have connected to the internet but when I open Internet Explorer, I get an error message saying that Internet Explorer cannot display the page. This problem also occurs when I use MSN Messenger. I can use Mozilla, though, so I don't know what the problem is. Could someone please help me solve this problem? Thank you very much in advance.
