open Windows Explorer

I m not sure if this able to do or not !

Everytime i open Windows Explorer it always Open few folder which i dont want to ! Expand or Collapse

Example :

Desktop
User
Public
computer

And the user folder always Expand eachtime i open my Window Explorer

All i need Expand " computer " section only which have Local disk c: , lcoal disk D: and DVD rw !

So any idea to make sure Only those section i want open ( Expand ) and which i want to close ( collapse ) ?

Sorry for my poor english .

Right click on the shortcut that you use to open Windows Explorer and select Properties.
Then select the Shortcut tab.
In the target box it'll say something like "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe " (without the quotes)
Replace it with "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n, /e, /select, C:\ " (without the quotes) and click on OK
