Remote Assistance Error

Hi. Im trying to do remote assistance on Vista. However, a prompt comes back saying

C:\windows\system32\msra.exe

A referral was returned to server.

what does this mean and how can I fix it?


Thanks. I did go into advanced settings and checked off the box to allow RA...

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you getting this in the command prompt or is is something similar to this? Error

Hi..I was trying to help my friend with her computer. When I went to start remote assistance the error came up.

Not good at programming, hoping there is an easier way to debug this.
