keep getting msox32.dll error messages. help.......

Hey there and welcome to BC !

Your in the wrong forum for the problem.
Please post your problem in the "Windows 95/98/ME" or Windows XP/NT/2000/2003" forums. Those are the right forums for error messages in windows.
