I need to do full reinstall on my friends computer. She has important emails on her outlook express that need to be saved. We've tried using a thumbdrive, but we are unable to find a way to download them. She has a gmail account, but they are not that account, once they are sent to OE. Can someone give me an idea how to save these emails to the thumb drive? Is there a special kind of formatting Im missing? Outlook express wont let me save to the desk top or any place.
