Unable To Access Hotmail Inbox.

For some reason, i dont not know what, all computers connected to my network are unable to open up mail,delete or do whatever with the email through hotmail. When i click, the mail does not open. I tried to open it up in a new tab/new window but nothing happens.

I've noticed the same message appearing at the bottom of the IE for all my computers.

its just happening in the network or in the main server too??
