Just FYI - in Vista you can get to the Device Manager by clicking on Start and typing in "Device Manager" (without the quotes) and press Enter.

Ok,that was on the bottom part of my key board now this is from the bottom part of my laptop:Home Premium OEMAct 439112-001
00146-542-073-954 Product key:******. Product:HP Pavllon s/n:******.P/n:FE653UA # ABA service tag.
Model #:dv691ous.Warrenty:1 year.
Oh,and I did go to start and put in the search box:Device Manage,but it comes up I don't know what to do from there.
Ok,I'm not sure what to do on this um..you asked the service tag/serial number soo there it is!Please help,and thx if ya do!!!!

Okay. I've found the same issue with my machine. The problem is within the software itself. Yahoo and AIM haven't fully solved the problem with vista drivers. One Cam might work with or without sound. This is a current issue these 2 programs are faceing. I believe they are aware of it as well.

Ah,ok well thanks anyway!And somehow I got it working...
(Love that part!)I went to prefenes on either your conv or the messenger [sorry can't rememebr]and pushed no proxied or firewalls.
And we re-invited each other and sometimes if you have too many windows on then it'll shut ya down but,it work fine!

Good deal. And yeah proxy was at the messanger level. Now my turn to fix mine. lol since you figued it out. I just gave up and just use text :huh:
