Transfering Mac Ipod To Pc Ipod Issue

Hello, How do I transfer the music from my Mac Ipod to my pc so I can than add music to my playlist and transfer it back to my Ipod?? I am assuming I would have to reformat my Mac Ipod to PC?? Please help.

If you install itunes on your PC it should manage the syncronisation of your music. I don't think reformatting of you ipod should be required.
