Rundll Error Keeps popping up

Hello, I just got a rundll error and it won't stop popping up. I downloaded malwarebytes to try and find out the problem and it seemed to fix everything sucessfully
but the rundll error just keeps popping up. It won't go away no matter what i do. I need help please, it really hinders your ability to do work. I run windows vista home edition.
