Drivers And Windows Vista Help

Hi everyone
Yes I use my real name...hahaha. I upgraded from XP to Vista, now I am here. With Driver issues. Apparently my Laptop needed a DVD drive when they installed Vista Ultimate. (It has CD drive) So They did quick copy to CD and eliminated everything they thought I not need. (This was in USA...I now in Thailand for 8 yrs)

So now everyone knowswhat kind questions in will be asking
