Reinstalling/formatting Vista vista disk drivers?

im going to format my harddrive and reinstall vista, using the vista disk that came with my gateway laptop.

besides having to download programs that i want like anti viruses and others... are there any basic drivers i will need to install manuaully to get vista to work, or is everything i need on the disk?

The drivers aren't usually on the disk that came with the PC. In the Gateway Recovery Center there will be an option to make an Applications and Drivers recovery CD/DVD.
