BleepingComputer.com: Downloading Adobe Flash 9 Dosn't Work W/vista

I had Adobe Flash 7, than uninstalled it to update with the new Flash 9 and it won't download. I find out there are registry coflict problems with Vista that prevent the download. If I would of know it ahead of time I would of just stayed with Flash 7. I can't seem to get Adobe Flash 7 back etheir. I've tried to follow the instructions that I found on Adobe's Tec. site but that did't help. So if anyone knows how to get Adobe Flash 9 to work with Vista I really could use your help. There are alot of things out there that I need Flash for that I can't see now. Also I'm not tec savey so I need simple terms.
