It is an odd shaped plug, kind of like the P4 12 AUX plug, but it is for a P3, and it won't boot the PC without it....
If is from a Dell XPS T700r system.....

I know exactly what you are talking about. It uses the proprietary Dell ATX connector and an extra connector.

yep thanks for the help guys, now my only decision is to even see if it is worth it to just total the comp and use the peices as scrap peices, cause I don't even think that it is worth $15....
