Ok didn't see your question earlier about the computer being clean. If you're meaning dusty on the inside it's actually quite clean. I just tried something else and that didn't work either. I tried putting in another Power Supply. Same 300W and what not that the broken computer has in it. Not sure what else to think of to change around. Think I've tried everything besides the Motherboard?

UPDATE: I tried something else, lol. Let me explain the fans first.. when I power on the fans run like they should.. an when it reaches that big E screen the fans slow down to barely a whisper. Now what I went an did is unplugged a yellow and black wire that has four holes in it, then turned on the computer. The fans ran hard an strong the whole time but no picture at all on the monitor.

And I just wanted to add a thank you to you guys that have been trying to help me in the elimination process. I really appreciate it!
