were can i get BSA Browser for morrowind

I hear a boy only has a certain amount of tears one day the pain and dissapointment happen so often the pain dissapers and the boy becomes a man

thanks it worked

but one more thing i have made a .nif file for the morrowind consruction set mixing 3 weapons i made the stats i chose it as nif file and chose icon but now when i try put it into the game it says

Modle Load Error: is not a NIF file in Meshes\export.nif.
Will use the default object Marker_Error.NIF.

i wonder why this happens
