Hi,

Please could someone tell me how to connect my graphics card to a TV? I've tried using a dongle cable connected to an adapter that converts it to scart and plugging it into my TV, but I just get a black screen.

Here are the details of my graphics card:
XFX GeForce 8400GS 256MB PCI-E Low Profile Card

Thanks,
Joe

It's an old Ferguson TV, but I have got a computer to display on it before when I had an All-In-Wonder Radeon graphics card.

Yes, I've got an adapter that converts the dongle to scart that I plug into the back of the TV but I just get a black screen.

I've got an adapter

That might possibly be the problem. When it comes to Video, sometimes adapters just won't work with certain hardware.

Do you think I should just buy another adapter then and try that?
