I have researching auto dialer software and am a bit confused because I am not very computer literate. From what I can find it works from your pc and phone somehow. I am looking for something that is unlimited calls and they can press a button to go to my toll free number. A few links I found are http://www.voicent.com/autodialer_pricing.php and http://www.nch.com.au/ivm/outbound.html. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.

We need to clarify what you want to do a little better.

A person is on your website and they want to call you. They click on a link and it connects them to your 800 number somehow
or
You want to call a random amount of people and have a recorded message with the option to press a button to connect them to your 800 number
In other words telemarketing software

Exactly! There is a bunch of freeware and cheasp software out there for this. But Im not computer literite enough to figure it out. I am a mortgage banker and would like to get this to call thousands of potential clients. I can get the lists easily. This will make me very good money and of course I will donate a little back to the forum. Thanks!

Ok guys. I purchased an 8 line auto dialer from http://www.usautodialer.com/Index.htm. The last thing I have to do is purchase 8 lines to run to the cpu like vonage would. Does anyone know of any unlimted phone plans like vonage that would work well with this?

Skype would be nice but automatic dialers cant use skype because a pound key needs to be hit before each call.

You might want to read this:

The Federal Trade Commission today announced two amendments to the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR).
One will expressly bar telemarketing calls that deliver prerecorded messages, unless a consumer previously has agreed to accept such calls from the seller.

That was sopme great info and thank you for that. It looks like I am ok until Sept 09. Everything else I will make sure I am complaint with. But that was very eye opening info that I did not know.
