I am running win xp sp3. I have office 2000. Last semester I used my power point 2000 with ppts done by teachers at school.
This semester my teacher sent me a pptx file, and said it could be opened by power point 97 on.
I get an error message saying that ppt can not open this file. It does not seem to recognise the file. I don't believe they're corrupted as I have opened them on another computer.
I tried renaming them to .txt and rtx and also to plain .ppt to no avail.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sharon

why won't my laptop work?
Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
