Hi,
I took my acer laptop in for the 3rd time last week, (its not brand new), i can not bare the humiliation of taking it back again and being looked at like i'm stupid. I know software not installing and bios whatever that is.
I put on my games and my accounts package (again) but none of my games work, one message reads not enough video memory and the other says something about graphics card and buffers. So i checked the add hardware thingie and it kicked up SM Bus controller, but says it needs the disk to install it. I looked at the acer web site and it doesn't list it, any ideas???
Also i think i down loaded a virus from a very dodgey site that said it could up-date the drivers since then the graphics card driver (i googled it lol) has dissopeared completely and that had an ! over it as well ATI Mobility 128 agp 2x driver (i looked at my google search lol) please make my games work somebody i cant take another evening of my husbands fishing channel!!!!
Cheers
Jo
