BleepingComputer.com: Cannot Download

I can't download anything. I get an alert saying "your curreny security settings will no allow..."

I am an admin, I've gone to the IE security settings and it's all set to medium. I have a boat load of spyware/malware and I need to begin repairs.

This just happened so something is messed up.

The boatload of spyware/malware may be the reason you cannot download anything.
Do you have access to another computer? If you do, use that computer to download any programs, then burn the .exe files to a disk or copy them to a flash drive.
You can then install from the disk or flash drive to your computer.
Update the programs, then run.
IF the programs won't update, run them anyway.
After they do their thing, you can update and rerun them.
