Keyboard Problems

I have a dell inspiron e 1705 . the keyboard keys b,n,d do not work on it.i re installed windows vista again but still the problem remained .when i connect to an external keyboard it works properly but after around half an hour each time the external and the laptop keyboard stops working and i have to re boot to get the keyboard working again.also when my computer starts it makes a continuos long beeping sound.i have looked alllover the internet but still no solution.PLEASE HELP!!!!!
