Booting Failure

the system does not booth even after trying to booth with safe mode and last known configuration mode it will ask for the password then shows "successful" then the error message appears "windows must restart now because dcrom server process launcher terminated unexpetedly and at times also shows that "windows must restart because the plug and play services terminated unexpetedly.then it will restart the system and ask for password again and this process remins a continuous one without getting to the start menu or showing the desktop icon.
