I do get a error message everytime I have tried to use the computer it always comes up saying StopC0000135 unable to locate component this application 32dll driver. I can't fix this if all I can get is the blue screen and that error message. The computer did have a real problem with spyware lots of it. I just need to get in to do a system recovery or a system restore but can't do that when all I get is this blue screen and I have tried everything I can think of. Can anyone out there help me with this problem so that I might be able to fix this computer because at this point I am ready to pull all my hair out! Thank you so much and I look forward to your help. Computer is a Dell running operating system Windows XP home edition. |

I don't know if this will work, but it might seems possible to boot the system from a OS that runs off of a CD like "Knoppix", once your in just replace the DLL. then maybe restart the normal OS.
free Knoppix www.knopper.net/knoppix/knoppix53-en.html of course microsoft asks you to install a parallel copy of windows, but knoppix might be the quick way. mictrosoft address's the issue here. www.support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q173309 Also a good site for getting DLL files is www.dll-files.com/dllindex/ hope it helps, and good luck.
