I have RAADMIN 3.0 installed on my system. It was a 30 day trial. When I try to remove the program to install the upgrade I am getting a "Windows Installer" error

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter an Alternative path to folder containing the installation package 'rserv30.msi' in the box below.

If I try to install the new version the error is the older version cannot be removed.....contact your adminstrator....

C:\Users\CHRIST~1\AppData\Local\Temp\{A86695F3-7E93-4FA4-A4D7-25C5FFF7167B}\

The program shows this path but nothing is here........

Can someone assist me with installing the new version or deleting the old..... I am running VISTA....

THe answer is YES, both removing the old and adding the new program.

Error " Windows installer service could not be accessed" I am all ears to resolve this issue.
