Running Vista Untimate (32 bit) that is up-to-date. Also running ZoneAlarm Security Suite v7.1.254.000. When I open the Windows Security Center, the Firewall section informs me that I have multiple firewalls turned on. Clicking for details shows that
1) Windows Firewall is off. This is correct.
2) ZoneAlarm Security Suite Firewall is turned on. This is also correct.
3) CA Personal Firewall 9.1.0.35 is turned on. This is NOT correct! I don't even HAVE the CA Personal Firewall.
ZA virus and spyware scans report nothing is wrong.
AdAware amd SpyBot report nothing wrong.
Control Panel, Programs and Features does not list it.
Regedit search does not find anything about it.
Agent Ransack searchs for file names and for "containing text" finds these three files:
C:\Windows\System32\wbem\repository\objects.data
C:\Windows\System32\wbem\repository\objects1.data
C:\Windows\System32\WDI\ShutdownPerformanceDiagnostics_SystemData.bin
How can I get rid of this? Thanks, Mike

It's a legitimate program. Are you sure it isn't listed in Add/Remove Programs? It might also be called eTrust

I'm having the same problem. I've tried deleting the eTrust folder out of my registry, but it still says the program is running, even though it's not installed!
