When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix log. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

I used to have no problem loading this on XP but now at 20% of install it finds DSSagent and aborts.

mattelhave apologised and provided a removal fix.

Do I need to turn of all defences.

How.

Using Eset but exiting still no good.

why won't my laptop work?

Looks like I'd remove it using their instructions, then nag Mattel into replacing the CD

Hi, for future reference, anyone else who has this problem should just have to set this dssagent.exe filepath to be allowed by their antivirus. Should be simple and straight forward in the antivirus advanced settings.
