Startup Error Message

Whenever I log on to windows, I get the following error message. How can I solve it?

Can not find script file "C:\WINDOWS\system32\hello.vbs"

Hello.vbs is malware, but it looks like the program was removed from your computer. You can remove the entry by running autoruns and deleting the reference to it.
