BleepingComputer.com: Zonealarm Firewall

I just now D/Led Zone Alarm Firewall,

And ran it from the file, It did not state that it was a firewall, it stated that it was the ZA suite, and just sat there basically without really downloading it displayed one digit in the window but did not go any further.

I had problems and had to cancel one of the suite before, . .

Is this a hard to download and Install Program or is it just me, . . I need a better firewall, . .

but this does not seem to be working.

Can anyone suggest anything ?

They call it a suite because besides the firewall, it includes an email scanner,and monitors your virus protection (for a year-free)
What version are you downloading and from where?

I went to Zone Alarm from Preparation Guide at BC, the D/L was for Get Basic Protection, Firewall Only, the D/L has no version ID, but is zaSetup_en.exe, from

>http://download.zonealarm.com<

It might help to know I have issues with this computer for example;

I have a few of these that have not been resolved.
ERROR: Error load module information( module not found?

and a few of these;

Common MS Pst
ERROR: Module name unknown

A couple of these;

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunServices
ERROR: Error open key


I don't know how serious these errors are, I am attempting to track them down.

Also, I am fairly certain there are not any Java related programs installed.

Correction;

Java seems to be installed I am searching but there are file extension, etc. ?!

I recently Re-installed WXPSP2, and so Java is not listed in A/R, I believe what I foind in Search are remnants.
