I've cleansed the viruses, Mr.Rigel told me it might be a hardware problem... My computer screen is still dull and the color of it is like a dirty aquarium.

Someone help! Thanks.

Go to Control Panel and open Display and click on the Settings tab. What is listed under Color Quality?

Look in the Device Manager and see if there are any errors (a red X), or warnings (yellow exclamation mark).

Start> right click on My Computer> Properties> Manage> Device Manager.

I did find the Device Manager. It says they can't found the 'mmc.exe' and then I tried to search the exact file name at the search function but it was found nowhere. What does it mean? And what should we do? Oo
