I bought a homeuser edition of office.

When I want to use outlook my productkey is asked. The productkey that I received with my purchase does not work.
I do not have problems using Excel or Word.

Can someone help me with getting outlook working again or backup-ing my e-mail and addresses from outlook so I can re-install office.

Thanks.

Dennis

You can try programs such as Belarc Advisor or S.I.W. They list the keys of software already installed on your computer.

I can't offer any more ideas. I don't use Outlook or Office. I use Open Office which is free and compatible with Office documents
