I am trying to update my Office 2003 to Office 2003 SP3, but the same error keeps coming.
During automatic install it starts to download then it just stops and says cannot install or installation failed.
So when I manually tried to install it everything was going fine until...
After downloading 117Mb,on installation,error shown as follows:-"File not found-a required installation file--SKU012.CAB could not be found."
"Insert CD or browse to the installation source".In Microsoft Help/Support it (SKU012.CAB) refers to Office Standard Edition2003 and asks for inserting the original CD.But the CD purchased was long ago and not traceable.
Can someone please help? This problem has been bugging me for approximately 3 months.
