When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix logs. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.
To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

this is my first post on this site so i hope u can give it a gd 1st impression =P I am computer literate an moderatly ok with editing settings but i cant do anything stupidly complicated with reg edit without good instructions - please bear this in mind if u can help and give instructions =D Problem 1 when i click on the 'start' button the all programs, run, search, my documents, my comuter ect were all missing, i think i have some form of virus or malware or what ever you call it an i hav no idea how to fix it, can anyone help??
