Hello guys i recently bought a 50 dollar Logitech Quickcam Communicate ST webcam from dell, and when i try to do a video the framerate and video is slow how do i fix this. everything is set up right i have everything i need, no virsues or nonething can any of you help me

What kind of computer are you using? Does it have USB 2.0?
