Hi everyone.

I am looking for a driver for HP Pocket Media Drive PD0800s.
You see, HP are stupid and put the driver on the drive not thinking that someone would need to format the drive... And they don't give you a CD with it (bleeping bleeping bleepers!)
I went onto the HP website and they only have the vista drivers... Now they're trying to tell me that the drive is only compatible with vista but... I'M USING IT WITH XP RIGHT NOW!!

So everyone, I need to find a way to get the drive to work with Windows ME...
Is it even possible? Will I need to format it to FAT or FAT 32?

Thanks in advance,
from an enraged Zombiee.

It's just a portable hard drive. I think all you would need to do is format it to FAT 32
I am not familiar with ME. Does it have USB 2.0?

why won't my laptop work?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around

The drive is USB 2.0 compatible but my computer uses 1.0

I'll back up the drive, format it to FAT 32 and see how it goes.
