Help
I have had the problem for some time where the phone has been locked into a continual synch - which means I cannot use it.
I do get the error message regarding the memory being full and the need to delete some files.
The only files I have are outlook dates and contacts and sms messages. I figured if the most basic phone has no trouble with sms messages.... but it appears I'm wrong. The dates in outlook are very very important, I don't want to lose them. I've tried resetting, battery out, resynching, etc but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can retrieve the data? (And its not backed up anywhere as the laptop sometime after was reformatted).
