I heard about StopZilla through this site. I downloaded, installed it. Then it wanted me to register. So, after doing some research I thought it may be worth while. So I signed up and paid for a year. However, iS3 have yet to email me my registry key. I paid via PayPal. Does anyone know how long it takes them to send the registry key to your email? Or have I been scammed?

I don't recall ever seeing Stopzilla promoted here, or did you click on a Google ad?
We do suggest many freeware alternatives here:

If they're are sending you verification by email, don't forget to check your spam filters
