for some months now, I've been unable to receive Symantec updates. I'm not a brain surgeon but I have been following their (symantec) instructions to the letter. Have gone through the blah-blah steps and finally got a message that I was ta-da! reinstallation was successful!

Was ready to break out the champagne thumbup.gif but once again, was given the LV1803 message sad.gif . Now I'm worried that my machine is unprotected! and don't know how to proceed from here..is there a Live Person @ Symantec? or can someone out there help me?

I thank you angels in advance in_love.gif
