Hello,

I am running Vista 32 and I have 4gb of Ram installed. I also have a 2gb flash drive using the Vista ReadyBoost feature. Since 32 bit OS' don't use more than about 3.4 - 3.6 gb of ram, is using ReadyBoost in my configuration useless. I would like to know b/c if it's not speeding up my system I would like to use the Flash drive for something else. I hope I've been clear in my question. Thank you for your help.

Readyboost is designed to help systems that are short of RAM. Since you've got 4 gB already, it's doubtful if it would help significantly.
I tried Readyboost back in the beta days and only found it helpful with 512 mB of RAM and didn't notice much difference when I upgraded to 1 gB
